No matter the date on the calendar, this Rosemary Beach Condominium was designed to be the quintessential endless summer getaway for a busy couple and their three young sons. The home, situated in the heart of the Rosemary Beach, Florida town square, is a light and airy space where graphic punches give way to organic, woodsy respites, all thoughtfully woven together with a rich, leafy thread that feels neither forced nor overused.
If I had to pick one favorite design element employed in the home it would be the use of black and white. An unexpected color choice for a beach house, it is an energizing element throughout the home that keeps it fresh and contemporary with a chic little edge. I absolutely love it..and am so glad that my client made this bold choice with me. A little can go a long way and be extremely impactful as displayed in this small entry…

Let’s continue the tour…

I extend a megalodon sized thank you to the Travis family for allowing me the opportunity to design and decorate their amazing condo! Lara and Clay were dreams to work with and the extra bonus for me was getting to hang out with their sons while at the beach. Best kids ever!

Hello! Looking for Florida condo ideas and came across your fab design! So fresh, unexpected and outside the “beach” box while still feeling tropical! Could you provide the paint and flooring colors as well? Thank you!

Hi and thank you for the kind remarks! When I came on board, the client had just purchased the condo and interior paint and flooring finishes had been completed by the builder. Unfortunately, I did not have their exact colors or finishes at my disposal.
I can tell you that my favorite interior white at the moment is Toque White by Sherwin Williams.
Happy Decorating!
