“I had another set of clients that were mostly moved out of their home when we listed, so it was nearly vacant. After a couple of weeks, we agreed to stage a few rooms to give it appeal. Some properties may need simply a good decluttering and furniture rearrangement to allow buyers to see the inherent beauty in the home. The lovely staging was done by one of my favorite designers, Sabrina. It sold the day the staging was completed for full list price.”
